Today we are going to prepare a valid recipe for both a snack and a side dish, we are talking about a different way of eating potatoes, in this case the vinaigrette, a flavor that will surprise you.
THE INGREDIENTS ARE:
- Potatoes (the amount is indifferent)
- Vinegar
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fine herbs
- Hot Paprika
PREPARATION OF POTATOES RECIPE WITH EASY VINAIGRETTE.-
Peel and cut the potatoes approximately 0.5 cm thick.
Put three parts of vinegar to one of oil in a container, and submerge the potatoes for about 15 minutes with the fine herbs.
After 15 minutes, place on a baking tray on parchment paper and then season to taste and if you fancy a touch of spice, sprinkle with hot paprika.
Bake at 180 degrees for about fifteen minutes or until golden brown to taste.
And on the plate… as a side dish or snack.
