It's been a long time since I wanted to prepare today's recipe, Banana Bread , it's curious because I hadn't tried it but I had every conviction that I would like it, and indeed it was.
Lactose Free Banana Bread Recipe
If we follow this recipe to the letter, we will discover an exquisite bread with a texture similar to mold but with an extraordinary banana flavor . My advice is that you prepare it as it is and accompany it with everything that your imagination advises, chocolate , strawberry jam , etc.
INGREDIENTS TO PREPARE BANANA BREAD:
- 250 gr of strong flour .
- 40 grams of margarine .
- 2.5 gr of yeast (I have chosen fresh)
- 2.5 g salt.
- 100 ml of water.
- 40 ml lactose free milk .
- 2 small ripe bananas.
- 1 medium egg .
HOW TO PREPARE BANANA BREAD:
First, mix the liquid ingredients on one side and the solid ingredients on the other.
Cut the bananas and with the help of a fork we mash them.
And we start by beating the egg well, to which we add the water, rather lukewarm, the Lactose-Free milk and the margarine at room temperature.
Once well mixed, we will add little by little the mix of previously sifted solid ingredients, without stopping stirring to avoid the formation of lumps.
Finally, mix the dough with the mashed bananas and put in a previously greased baking pan.
Bake about 20-23 minutes at about 190º – 200º
